Research Interests:

My research looks at anti-fungal resistance in the pathogenic mold, Aspergillus fumigatus. I use wet lab and bioinformatic approaches to identify mechanisms of resistance to anti-fungal drugs.

2019 Interdisciplinary Disease Ecology Across Scales Training Grant, NSF for training young scientists to use leading-edge conceptual and methodological approaches to solve pressing infectious disease problems
