Image: Congratulations to PBIO graduate students Simone Lim-Hing and Max Barnhart for receiving the Plant BLOOME (Plant Biology Learning Objectives, Outreach Materials & Education) grant from the American Society of Plant Biologists! This grant will support Simone’s and Max’s goals to make plant biology more accessible to the Athens community. They plan to produce and distribute free science zines, short informal magazines, to communicate research at the University of Georgia and especially in plant biology. Stay tuned!
